Background information and customer requirements

The Gaobeidian Sewage Treatment Plant is located in Gaobeidian Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It is the largest sewage treatment plant in Beijing and also the third largest sewage treatment plant in China, with a treatment capacity of 1 million m3/d, serving a population of 2.4 million, covering an area of 68 hectares. The plant is responsible for treating a significant amount of domestic sewage from the southern areas of Beijing, as well as all the sewage from the eastern suburban industrial zone, embassy district, and Chemical Road.

Solution

The water plant utilizes three sets of 35kg ozone generators with oxygen source, supplied by Guolin. The ozone equipment was put into use in 2015 and has been in continuous operation since then.
