Meishan Iron&Steel Company is a subsidiary of Baoshan Iron&Steel Co., Ltd. It is located in the southwest suburbs of Nanjing City, adjacent to the golden waterway of the Yangtze River to the north, and adjacent to the Ningma Expressway, Nanjing Yangtze River Third Bridge, and Ningwu Railway to the east, with convenient water and land transportation. After 37 years of construction and development, Meishan Iron&Steel Company has formed a modern large-scale steel complex that integrates sintering, coking, ironmaking, steelmaking, and hot rolling, with a comprehensive production capacity of 3 million tons of steel.

Solution

Meishan Iron & Steel Company's denitrification projects for sintering machines 3#, 4#, and 5# have successively adopted nine sets of 125kg ozone generation systems with oxygen source, as well as three sets of 80kg ozone generator systems. The total ozone production capacity reaches 1365kg/h. It is the largest operational ozone system in China in terms of scale.
